Refund Policy

HUEMN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through our shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout.
  2. Submit a refund request through the Paddle customer portal, or
  3. Contact us via the contact page and we will assist you with the request.

Physical products

For physical items (e.g. the Red Light Therapy Face Mask), please contact us before returning the product so we can provide return instructions. Items should be returned in resaleable condition where possible. Refunds are issued once the return is confirmed or, at our discretion, on receipt of the request.

Digital products and services

Digital products, downloads, and consumed services (e.g. completed coaching sessions or attended events) may not be refundable once delivered or rendered, except where required by law.

Retreats and events

Retreats and events follow the cancellation timing stated on their respective pages (e.g. "refundable up to 72 hours before the event"). The 30-day guarantee does not override event-specific cancellation windows that have already passed.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
