You are contracting with HUEMN. References to "you" mean the individual or entity using our service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
HUEMN provides editorial content, coaching, retreats, and a curated shop of wellness products (including a red light therapy mask and adaptogenic supplements). Product details, descriptions, and availability are described on the relevant pages.

HUEMN (and its licensors) owns all rights in the service, including software, content, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Physical products typically ship worldwide within 7–14 days. Shipping costs and timing are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination.

We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUEMN's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify HUEMN against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
